We owned a house in Whitesboro Texas. We had moved to Whitesboro in June of 2000, and In October of 2004 we decided it was time for use to relocate near our family so we called a “Real Estate Co” and had it listed. For over 3 years we listed with 5 different Real Estate Agencies. In that length of time we had a total of 7 showings on the house and not one serious offer that was made.
Agents would promise at contract listings to “Stay in touch and let you know what was happening” but it seemed like two to three weeks later it was “Who are you, and Where are you again”.
When we finally came to the time to sign with Laura with Filip Properties we were seriously at the point of having to walking away from the home and defaulting on the loan. It seemed No One could sell the house. I truly thought “Here we go again” I was getting use to hearing the “Sign with us thing, and we will sell your house” and two weeks later you call and they say “Who are you again??”
When we talked with Laura she explained what she thought would help get the house displayed to the right people and she as with the others stated she Would stay in contact and let us know what was happening as far as the showings. I can truly say, she was showing the house 3 times within the first two weeks. This had already been more than the previous 3 Real estate companies had done in the 1.5 years they had tried. She would call or email us and tell us know what listings the house was going in and let us know in plenty of time when there was a showing. There was a time when we had showings that almost overlapped and this pleased use because it seemed like we are actually going to sell After the showings she would contact us to let us know what was said by the people who had looked at the house, and of any improvements that could be made.
We signed with Laura in late September 2008, and we signed the Contract to sell in October 2008.
We have contacted Laura for her help in locating a good Real Estate agent where we now live, which is approx 400 miles from Whitesboro. We can HIGHLY recommend Laura with Filip Properties to sell your Home, Land, or anything else she thinks she can.

Laura Filip is the Best! She took very good care of us when we purchased our home in Whitesboro. We began communicating with her while we were still in Arizona.
